Incredible homemade breakfast, spotless room, friendly staff. Amazing pool with comfortable seating and sun/shade options.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The building had lots of character and the pool was clean and comfortable. Our host was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area. The breakfast was delicious and freshly baked every morning. the hotel facilities, cleanliness, location, and staff were all excellent.

During my recent stay at Agriturismo San Francesco, I had a wonderful time surrounded by the beautiful nature and peaceful atmosphere. The views from the property were absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning vistas of the surrounding plain and far hills. The swimming pool was a highlight, providing a perfect place to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy a refreshing swim. The homemade breakfast was delicious, with a variety of mouthwatering cakes and sweets. The friendly staff took great care of me throughout my stay, always ensuring that I had everything I needed.

While the location of the agriturismo was idyllic for a quiet retreat, it is important to note that it is a rural area. This means that you would need to drive to find amenities such as shops and restaurants, and it may not be as convenient for evening outings.

The staff were super cool and gave us awesome tips on where to go. The views were insane, especially from the sick pool. Our room was spotless and comfy, and the breakfast was legit - so much food, including fresh cakes and eggs made to order. We partied hard in Cortona and even checked out Florence, thanks to the easy train ride nearby. Would totally go back!

The only thing we wished for was a more happening nightlife scene nearby. We were all about the party vibes and wanted more options for late-night fun.

Lovely apartment with cozy fireplace and porch. Free bikes for exploring, and fresh fruit from trees tasted divine. Homemade breakfast treats were a delight. Parking available.

Oh, how I missed having air conditioning! But who needs cold air when you can sweat like a farm animal?

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and hills. the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with cozy beds and clean bathrooms. the staff provides excellent service, always friendly and helpful. the breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of traditional Italian dishes. the hotel also has a large, beautiful pool and well-maintained gardens to enjoy.

I did find it slightly inconvenient that there was no air conditioning in the room, especially during the heatwave we experienced. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold.
